Modern Real Estate Headshots

Modern real estate headshots includes in studio and environmental.  For this photo session I met my client at the art museum steps and we worked our way to the neighborhood streets.  If you are looking for a more casual and lifestyle portraits of yourself, this maybe the best approach.  However I can also pull off the same styling as this shoot but combine the session with some studio shots and then go outdoors for the environmental (meaning outdoors).
People in general are looking for a genuine person to work with.   It is so important to hire a professional photographer who understands how to convey this message through stills.
The most common concern for most people is the desire to lose weight before having their photo taken. This is not necessary and I ‘ll tell you why.  As a professional with 16 years experience, I know how to pose you in a way that will make you look much thinner.   It is key to understand what lenses to use, lighting technique, and directing one how to pose in order to provide the best end results.  So don’t worry about that crash diet, just book your session today so you can present the best version of yourself online.
As they say; “time is money” , you can’t afford to put this off.  Images are powerful and having the best portrait of yourself that is up to date is so critical.  Think of it as an investment for your career.
Here are some common questioned I am asked when a real estate agent requires about headshots.
What do you wear to real estate headshots?

Aim for a polished and professional look in your real estate headshot. Consider wearing a blazer, tailored dress, or suit in your photo. Even if you aren’t formal on a day-to-day basis, business professional clothes are ideal for real estate agent headshots.

Should you smile for headshots?

Even for professional headshots, smiling both with and without your teeth work, so smile whichever way you feel most comfortable. A forced smile isn’t good and might even make you seem disingenuous. You should be able to recognize a ‘real’ smile through a person’s eyes.

How Much Do Headshots Cost in 2021?
Most headshot photographers charge anywhere from $150 to $450.  My headshot package is $299 and includes up to 3 wardrobe changes in studio and surrounding location. If you are interested in having me meet you on location, there is an additional $100 travel fee.

My studio is based near Center City Philadelphia on 13th and Callowhill Street.  You can book your appointment online or email me directly here.
