Headshots for Conferences

I was recently hired to photograph headshots for conferences over a three day period. There were over 300 attendees to cover, so I made sure to hire a digital technician to assist me. Having such an assistant helps speed up the process without any technical difficulties or distractions. All images taken throughout the day were uploaded by the end of the day. I also created a QR code for people to scan and find their images as well as collected their emails in case they lost the information. Communication and good direction is key.
