I conducted an intriguing experiment in my studio, capturing photographs in black and white. I named this series “Hidden Identity” because it revolves around the idea that the woman in the images remains unidentified. She could be me, a friend, or even a complete stranger. The mystery lies in the various shapes of glasses through which her silhouette is seen – water glasses, wine glasses, beakers, and more. The distortion and folding of the silhouette through the glass allows each viewer to interpret and perceive it in their own unique way.
If you’re intrigued and would like to participate in this ongoing adventure, I invite you to reach out to me. It’s an open invitation for anyone who wishes to be a part of this captivating series.
